Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, but entry and departure days can be more flexible outwith peak periods.
On booking you will be required to pay a deposit of £50 for each week of your booking plus an extra fixed charge of £50. For example, for a one week let you would pay a £100 deposit or for a two week let you would pay £150. The extra £50 will be returned to you if the house is left in an acceptable condition. We do not have a regular cleaner so we rely on our guests to leave the house in good condition for the next guests. The remaining money from the deposit will go towards the total charge for your rental of the house.
The full rental balance must be paid at least one month before you are due to travel to Tiree.
The deposit is non-refundable and the balance is only refundable up until one month before you are due to travel to Tiree.
We no longer offer bed linen or towels, but they can be rented on the island by contacting Fiona MacInnes at Letts Clean on 01879 220045 or 07733 323587.
Electricity is paid for by a token meter. Average weekly cost is around £15-20 in summer and around £25-30 in winter depending on your electricity usage.
No Smoking.
Dogs are not allowed in the house.
